Every so often a wedding feels like a full weekend retreat rather than just a single day. Elaine & Nacho’s celebration at Cloughjordan House was exactly that. With family and friends gathering from Ireland and Spain, the atmosphere was warm, colourful, and filled with the kind of energy you only get when two worlds come together.
A Wedding That Felt Like a Weekend Festival
Cloughjordan is one of those venues that lets a wedding unfold over days rather than hours. Guests arrived ready to relax, explore, and make the most of being in the countryside. The gardens, the courtyards, and the converted barns all played their part in making it feel like home for everyone.
Nacho’s family had travelled from Spain, bringing their own joy and flair to the celebration. Laughter carried easily between languages, and the dance floor later that night proved that music doesn’t need translation.

Ceremony and Celebration
The ceremony itself was full of emotion, followed by drinks in the gardens as the summer sun broke through the clouds. Portraits around the grounds were effortless with Elaine & Nacho — their connection shone through in every glance and laugh, and Cloughjordan provided the perfect backdrop without ever feeling staged.
